Our patented gaming cash safe and dispensing system is the gold standard in the gaming industry. With a dual locking cyber key system and an advanced tracking mechanism, it ensures optimal operation by reducing bill rejections and eliminating dispenser mistakes. Choose from one to four cassettes, with a capacity of up to 2,000 notes per cassette. The system also includes automated "low cash" alerts, ensuring continuous readiness for payouts. Its interface is user-friendly, and you can customize security settings for individual employees.

In addition to the specified Tier 1 reporting functionality, our ticket validation system provides video gambling machine (VGM) ticket validation and the gathering of VGM game play data. Validation and game play data are made available to the customer via the route management system in the cloud.

The rewards Tier 1 system is an approved Montana Tier 1 automated accounting and reporting system. Hardware:

A site-controller unit. This is a single enclosure containing the site-controller host computer and a router/wireless access point. It exposes a wide-area network(WAN) Ethernet port that is connected to a location provided internet connection

Software:

​Remote access to the site-controller host computer via VPN connection. This connection is used to provide the GCD with remote access to the site-controller host as required in the conditions specified in the Tier 1 system approval. This connection is also used by rewards staff to remotely monitor and interact with the system as needed.

Periodic data synchronization with the route management system in the cloud.

On demand connection to the rewards notification service in the cloud to send event notification and report errors.

Daily checks for software updates from the Rewards update service in the cloud.

Hardware:

A kiosk touch-screen computer system on the casino floor that runs the Platinum Plus application software- both players and location staff interact with this.

A receipt printer connected to the kiosk computer

A screen Client compute stick that connects to a wall mounted TV throughout the location.

If a Tier System is not present at the location, a router/access point will be present connecting the kiosk computer to a location provided internet connect. This router also provides the secure private "Rewards" wireless network for the screen client compute sticks to connect to a gain access to the platinum plus software running on the kiosk computer. If a Tier 1 system is present at the location, its internal router provides these connections and the kiosk computer is instead connected to the site-controller directly.
